Privacy Policy

When you submit the contact form, QuantaumAI receives what you type: your name, email address, company name, the challenge you select, anything you write in the message field, and — if you choose to answer — how you found us.

The form also sends a small amount of context that is captured automatically rather than typed by you:

• UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) — present in the page URL if you arrived from a campaign link.
• Referring page — the address of the page you clicked through from, if any.
• Browser user agent — the browser and operating system string your browser reports.

This context is used to understand which channels bring people here and to reproduce problems if a submission fails. It is not used to build an advertising profile and it is not sold.

The assessment collects your name, work email, company, and — if you provide them — your role and company size, together with your answer to each of the twenty questions.

Those answers describe your organisation rather than you personally: how your data is managed, how a process runs, and how your team is resourced. They are used to produce the written breakdown sent back to you, and to prepare for a follow-up conversation if you want one. They are not published, not shared with other clients, and not sold.

A score is calculated from your answers in your browser and included in the submission so QuantaumAI receives it alongside them. The same automatically captured context described above — campaign parameters, referring page, and browser user agent — is attached to an assessment submission as well.

Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, a form handling service operating on servers in the United States. If you are contacting QuantaumAI from outside the United States, your submission will be transferred there.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and how people move through the site. Analytics scripts do not load until you accept the cookie notice.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data under its own terms. QuantaumAI does not use it to identify individual visitors.

Booking a call opens Calendly, either in a popup on this site or on Calendly's own site. Anything you enter into the scheduler — your name, email, and any answers to Calendly's questions — is collected by Calendly and shared with QuantaumAI so the meeting can happen. Calendly processes that data under its own privacy terms.

This site stores one small preference locally in your browser to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it is not shown on every page. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only after you accept.

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, then deleted. If a submission turns into an active engagement, the relevant correspondence is kept under the terms of that engagement instead.

You can ask to see what QuantaumAI holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR; QuantaumAI extends the same handling to everyone regardless of location.

Email info@quantaumai.com with your request. Erasure requests are actioned within 30 days, and you will get confirmation once it is done.

• Formspree — receives and stores contact form submissions.
• Google Analytics — receives aggregate usage data once you accept the cookie notice.
• Calendly — receives the details you enter when booking a call.

QuantaumAI does not sell your data and does not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed above.
